Spicy Mediterranean Spice Blend – 100g
Bring the sunshine of the Mediterranean to your kitchen with our Spicy Mediterranean Spice Blend. A vibrant combination of aromatic coriander, fennel and cumin, balanced with fragrant herbs and a warming kick of chilli.
 
This versatile blend is perfect for adding big flavour to chicken, fish, tofu, halloumi, prawns or roasted vegetables. Simply mix with olive oil and lemon for an easy, flavour-packed marinade.
 
How to use
Mix 25g of seasoning with 1–2 tbsp olive oil and the juice of ½ lemon. Add your chosen chicken, fish, tofu, halloumi, prawns or vegetables and coat well. Leave to marinate for 15–30 minutes, then roast, grill, fry or air fry until cooked through.

Ground coriander, fennel seeds, ground cumin, dried chives, dried coriander leaf, dried marjoram, chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, ground ginger.
