About the event

Join us for a hands-on Kimchi & Pickling Workshop where you’ll learn how to create flavour-packed kimchi and explore a variety of simple, effective pickling techniques.

During the session, you’ll make your own jar of kimchi and a jar of pickled vegetables, learning about ingredients, flavour balancing, and safe pickling methods along the way. You’ll also create your own pickling spice mix to take home, so you can continue experimenting in your own kitchen.

Everything is made by you during the workshop (with the exception of the printed recipe pack, which we provide), and all materials are included — from glass jars to spices, vinegar, and fresh vegetables for pickling.

Perfect for beginners and food lovers alike, this workshop will give you the confidence to start fermenting and pickling at home.
